• All prices listed include the use of the facility for the duration of the time paid.
• Rents are based on 4 hours minimum to an entire day.
• We charge $150 for clean up fee.
• Any extra hours pass midnight will be charged accordingly.
• Rentals without food require that the host make arrangements for clean up of the facility, plus interface between GMP facility manager and the outside caterers.
• Our food and drinks are catered by Flamingo Garden Restaurant.
• All parties catered by Gukundi Multiplex (GMP) must be of minimum of 25 people to receive discounted facility rental fees.
• NO OUTSIDE DRINKS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED.

We accept, MC, VISA, and American Express. WE DO NOT BILL. We also accept some company checks as long as it is from a local bank.

ALL PARTIES BOOKED MUST BE PREPAID FIVE BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT DATE, PAYMENT CAN BE MADE BY PHONE THROUGH CREDIT CARD OR MAIL IN CASHIER’S CHECK.

Important, any events that include food catered by Gukundi require a 50% deposit at least 10 days prior to the event date. We also add 15% gratuity to all parties catered by us. Thank you in advance for your patronage.
